Kip is a sweet and adventurous 10-week-old puppy who is looking for his forever home. He’s a reservation puppy so we’re unsure of his breed. His mom is a bully mix but dad is unknown. He will likely be a medium sized dog as an adult.

Kip came into foster at around seven weeks old, and while he is certainly a cutie, he is much more than just a pretty face! As his personality continues to shine through, he is proving to be a fun, loving, and spunky boy.

Like most puppies, Kip has a lot of energy, and he enjoys spending that energy exploring the house, practicing his social skills with the resident dog at his foster home, and playing with his foster human. Kip is very curious about the world outside of the house and enjoys being carried around on outside walks, getting ready for all of the exploring he will be able to do when he finishes his puppy vaccines! Kip has enjoyed snuggles from human visitors to the house and is respectful of the resident dog in the home- he can play hard when the time is right, but he is content to entertain himself with a toy when she’s ready for alone time. Kip has not interacted with cats, but he can hear cats meowing and playing upstairs in his foster home and is, so far, disinterested.

Once he transitions from Play Mode to Cozy mode, Kip will curl up on his own for a snooze or is happy to nap with a human on the couch. He will be well-prepared for any nighttime routine, because he already sleeps through the night in his kennel, and is happy to start the morning with snuggles and kisses. (And he will generally sleep quietly until his human decides it’s time to get up!) He is still a baby and working on his potty training, though he is already getting more and more consistent with outside potties. Kip seems to be picking up well on words and routines, and it will be a delight to see how he continues to progress with basic puppy training. (He is very food-motivated, which will also help!)

Overall, Kip is a good boy who deserves sunshine and all the love and cuddles. He would love to come home with you and stay forever!
