Georgia and Maple

Breed: Chihuahua mix
These two girls were surrendered to the shelter together. We originally had them in separate Foster’s but Maple was struggling to be on her own and think it’d be best if these two girls could be adopted together. Georgia is the more confident sister.
They behave in a crate but are also good to chill on the couch if you leave for quick errands. They sleep through the night in their crate with no issue. Georgia will use the doggy door to go potty. Maple is still figuring it out.
More about Maple from when she was in foster on her own: she is the sweetest dog, and probably the most cuddly dog I have ever met. She is very chill and enjoys lounging most of the day – as long as she is able to be touching you she is happy.
She is also as silent as a mouse! I have not heard one whine or bark out of her. I think she would be a very low effort pet who ultimately will just want to be your shadow. She’s a little timid but warms up quickly. Speaking of warm, she does not enjoy going outside because of the cold (can’t blame her), but we are working on that.
She is overall a pretty perfect pup!
