Badger is a 27-pound bully mix, born on 12/5/25, who’s ready to find his forever home. He will steal your heart. He’s got that perfect mix of playful puppy energy and the ability to settle down and relax when it’s time to unwind.

This sweet boy is friendly, smart, and very treat-motivated, which makes him a great candidate for continued training. He gets along well with other dogs and is curious about cats—he mostly just wants to play and be part of the fun.

Badger is well on his way with potty training. He’ll go to the door, stand, or give a little scratch when he needs to go out. He’s familiar with using a doggy door and is continuing to improve his routine.

He’s not a big fan of being held, but don’t let that fool you—Badger loves affection! He’s happiest cuddled up next to his people or his furry friends, soaking up attention and companionship. In fact, he wants to be involved in everything you do—whether that’s hanging out in the kitchen (he’ll happily “help” with dishes!) or following you from room to room.

Badger does well settling down at night, going potty around 10pm, then heading to his dog bed with his buddies. He sleeps soundly, with a quick early morning potty break before going right back to sleep.

He’s gentle when taking treats but may try to sneak an extra or two if given the chance—he is a puppy, after all!
