Honey is equal parts brains, energy, and heart. She adores fetch, swimming, playing with other dogs, chewing on sticks, and proudly removing the squeaker from every squeaky toy she meets.

She’s an incredibly smart girl who already knows sit, down, stay, leave it, drop, place/spot, heel, load up, off, and come. Instead of jumping up when she’s excited, Honey wags her entire body to say hello (a pretty great trait considering she’s almost 60 pounds!).

Honey is also crate trained, potty trained, and sleeps soundly through the night.

True to her Malinois roots, she can be cautious with strangers and prefers to be touched only by people she knows well. Because of this, she’ll do best in a home with older kids or none at all.
Honey’s pittie and lab characteristics shine through in the evenness of her energy levels. She’s just as happy to curl up on the couch for a movie night as she is to join you for a hike, a camping trip, or a day at the river.
