Foxy is one of the chihuahuas saved from the hoarding case. She came to us with a litter of puppies and she is now ready for adoption. Foxy was super shut down when she came to us and has been slowly coming out of her shell. She is a super sweet girl but will need to go to someone who can be patient and she learns to trust.
